Chester and Betsy Kylstra have put together one of the most
effective total restoration and transformation ministries available in the Church world today. I can personally attest to their
ministry by the tremendous positive results I have seen take place among my CI Board of Governors and many of our CI
ministers who have received of their ministry. Applying this same ministry approach in
the church setting, particularly with Cell/Small Groups, will be no exception. It will be used by the Holy Spirit to take the spots
