Restoring the Foundations (RTF) Issue-Focused Ministry is a "one-on-one" personal healing/deliverance ministry. It equips Church and Cell/Small Group Leaders to bring God's healing, deliverance and freedom into one problem/issue/struggle in his Church or Group Member's life.
This web site presents the vision, strategy, and "how-to" implementation plan to bring RTF Issue-Focused Ministry into both Program based and Cell Group based churches, particularly to the Leaders and Members of the Small Ministry Groups (home groups, care groups, life groups, etc.)

The Restoring the Foundations Ministry is made available to the Body of Christ through the Healing House Network (HHN). This is a network of 5-fold qualified RTF ministry teams capable of personal ministry, training, leading RTF seminars, and establishing local church RTF ministry programs and regional Healing Houses.
In 2004 a major acceleration in the training of Issue-Focused Ministers occurred as the Restoring the Foundations International Training Center (ITC) was launched. Training Module 1 enables a church team to be trained to the Issue-Focused level in just two weeks. A church lay team ministering the RTF Thorough Format can be released in another four weeks by staying for Training Module 2.
