RTF Issue-Focused Ministry Training Process
The two basic steps to train a Church or Cell/Small Group
Leader in the Restoring the Foundations Issue-Focused Ministry are:
- Learn and Experience
- Activate and Practice
Learn and Experience
The first step is to gain the basic concept of the
four problem/ministry areas presented in Restoring the Foundations
(RTF), to
understand the scriptural basis for each area, and to grasp the revelation of
how each area is interconnected to the other three (the Integrated Approach to
Biblical Healing Ministry). There are three main ways to accomplish this goal (in order of
preference).
- By attending Training Module 1 at the RTF
International Training Center.
- By attending a 12-15 hour RTF Healing/Deliverance
Seminar,
led by a PHW qualified leader.
- By attending a video presentation of this
seminar, with a qualified facilitator overseeing the group ministry.
- By attending a comparable class, or small group,
on RTF taught in the local church, or by taking the RTF college course.
Activate/Practice
The second step is to be "Activated" in
the RTF Issue-Focused Ministry. This is accomplished:
- By attending Training Module 1 at the RTF
International Training Center.
- By attending a 6 session RTF Activation
Seminar,
led by a PHW qualified leader. At least half of the time is spent in
supervised practice/activation. (Three hour sessions.)
- By attending a video presentation of this
seminar, with a qualified facilitator that has attended an Activation
Seminar led by PHW, and who has agreed to follow the PHW guidelines for
training.
The Church or Cell/Small Group Leader (with an assistant present)
would be released to function as the "first line" of ministry within the
church after satisfactory completing the Training Process.
